  • 150 grams pitted dates
  • 25 grams water, tepid
  • 1/2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
  • 420 grams cannellini bean, canned, Juice included
  • 75 grams almond meal
  • 6 eggs
  • 60 grams cocoa powder, 70% cocoa
  • 75 grams honey
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 75 grams coconut oil

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 175 degrees celcius.

    Add dates to the Closed lid"Closed lid" and chop 8 sec/speed 7.

    Add water to the Closed lid"Closed lid" and cook 5 mins/60 degrees celcius/speed 1.

    Add bicarb soda, beans to the Closed lid"Closed lid" and chop 10 sec/speed9. Scrape down the sides of the Closed lid"Closed lid" .

    Add almond meal, eggs, cocoa powder, honey, baking powder, coconut oil to the Closed lid"Closed lid" and combine 5 sec/speed 4. Scrape down the sides of the Closed lid"Closed lid" and combine 5 sec/speed 4.

    Place into 24 cupcake holders and cook in the oven for 25 mins.

Tip

To keep your pitted dates longer, store in the freezer. When you chop the frozen dates in the Closed lid"Closed lid" they will be a finer consistency than using fresh dates.

Place your silicone cupcake liners in a large muffin tray to help keep the shape.
