I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place the pumpkin & sweet potato in the TM bowl & chop 5 sec / sp 8. Scrape down & repeat if necessary.
Cook pumpkin 5 mins / 100 degrees / sp 1, stopping to scrape down once during cooking time.
Add butter & blend 5 sec / sp 3 or until the butter is mostly melted.
Add sugar, milk, egg & vanilla and blend 5 sec / sp 3.
Add the remaining ingredients and combine 10 sec / sp 5. Scrape down & give a further 3 sec if required.
Using a plastic spoon (or piping bag), portion the batter into a greased donut tray or mini muffin pan & bake at 180 degrees for 15-25 mins until they are lightly golden and a skewer comes out clean / they bounce back when lightly touched.
Dust with icing sugar or cinnamon sugar to serve. Delicious hot from the oven or cold in lunchboxes the next day - if there are any left over from afternoon tea!!

Just google 'mini donut pan' if you don't already have one. Big W sell them & there are several brands available on eBay.

These are so delicious. I agree with previous comments and reduced the sugar down to 70g which still made them taste amazing. I coated them in cinnamon sugar. This is a keeper
Made these many times and they are amazing. Mr 3 loves them and will eat as many as I give him. I bought a mini donut maker from target, they are a little hard to get out but still delicious. I use 80g of brown sugar and it's plenty sweet for us
Not really donuts. Just shaped like one. But they are yummy!
Could these be made as cupcakes???
Hi do you think this could work if I used chia seed egg (chia seeds and water) to replace the egg? I have Vegan butter and I can use Soy Milk for the dairy replacements..Would love to know your thoughts. Thanks
Theyre in the oven and they smell AMAZING!!
Really enjoyed these Thank You. I used 75g rapadura instead of brown sugar. Will make again often
Yummo, tasty treat for the kids, thanks!
very nice, tasty, I'll make them again one day
