Put sugar, butter, treacle and honey into bowl. Mix speed 5 until well combined. Spread evenly on bottom of baking pan. About 22 cm X 35cm
When dough is raised place on Thermomat or well floured board. Roll into a rectangle about 25cm X 45cm. Spread the filling over the dough. Roll from the long side to form a log roll about 45 cm long. Cut into 15, 3cm pieces. Place cut side down on the glaze. Cover and let rise again about 20 min. Preheat oven to 190 C

Great recipe, Moreta! Thanks for sharing!
These are super yummy, but I did find the glaze to be very toffee like, I think next time I might halve the glaze mixture, it makes them very sweet and thats coming from a sweet tooth. but overall, they are still yummy.
yummy
THESE ARE GREAT - just made them. Put brown sugar in the middle as suggested -
I just finished baking these and they are absolutely delicious. Next time I make them though I will try brown sugar in the Filling as the normal sugar in the Filling feels grainy - maybe the recipe should say 'until creamed' not 'until mixed'?
I made these for guests yesterday. Not only did my house smell Devine, but they were absolutely delicious as well. Thanks so much...I will be making these again!
Just finished off the last roll with a cuppa. They are very "more-ish", so glad that I only had one left. Will add some coarse ground nuts to the next batch......
Hi Moreta,
They're in the oven as 'we speak'. In Holland we've got Dutch Bolussen, which are a bit similar to your recipe, but these look even yummier. I really hope it's a success (it smells delicious!!). Thanks a lot for your recipe!
