- 200 grams unsalted butter
- 1 level teaspoon organic vanilla powder, Or vanilla paste
- 200 grams rapadura or coconut sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 120 grams plain flour
- 20 grams Cocao powder
- 1 tsp Vanilla powder, or Vanilla paste
Icing
- 60 grams unsalted butter
- 120 grams icing sugar
- 20 grams Cocao powder
- 30 grams Milk
- 60 grams Nutella

Pre heat oven to 160*
Line slice tin
Chop dark chocolate, 5 seconds - speed 6
Add Butter, mix 20 seconds - speed 4
Scrape down sides
Melt 1 minute 30 seconds - speed 1 - 60*
Add vanilla & sugar, mix 10 seconds - speed 4
Scrape down sides
With blades rotating on speed 4 add eggs & egg yolks
Allow to mix 5 seconds
Scape down sides
Add flour & cocao, mix 5 seconds - speed 4
Pour into lined slice tray and bake 30 mins
Add icing sugar, cocao, butter & milk, mix 20 seconds speed 4
Scrape down sides
Add Nutella, mix 20 seconds speed 4
Spread over warm or cooled brownie

My fun sized people like to eat them warm, store in an airtight container for 3 days. (If they last that long)!
