5 star taste, can't believe this has chickpeas!
After tasting (and loving them), I strategically called them Peanut Fudge Cookies, as they're quite doughy.
All 3 kids gobbled them up and asked for more [evil laugh]!
Definitely need to keep hands wet when rolling, otherwise it will all be very messy!

Thanks for sharing such an easy, healthier, delicious recipe.

Really pleased with these! I was pretty unsure of using a tin of chickpeas to make sweets with- but they're delicious!

I used a friand tin to bake in & extended the time in the oven a bit.

Thank you for a recipe I'm happy to make for my toddler!

These are fantastic! I can't believe it uses chick peas - what a great substitute. I'm going to try it without the choc chips next time to see if a peanut butter cookie would be just as good.  I made 18 and have eaten nearly half!!!

Amazing! I made a double batch and have almost eaten all of them just by myself, oops. Even very fussy grandad loved them (unaware of the chickpeas!)

Yummy. Recipe wording could be adjusted as first step you don't add all ingredients as the choc chips are added later. I made the mistake of adding all at the beginning. It pays to read the method in advance. Silly me!

These were so easy and yummy!! Kids had no idea there were chickpeas in them. Quite fudgy as opposed to biscuit like.
