Great delicious dinner!
Ange
delicious. i added a bit of yoghurt along with coriander and lime. Also, did not have enough chorizo so added some salami as well.
Loved this one! I cut down the oil to 15mls as the sausages are oily enough, and it tasted fantastic.
Extremely tasty dish. I added a fresh chilli for a little bit more kick and took the MC off and placed the basket on top with 7 minutes left to cook to reduce the liquid even more. I also didn't put as much oil because of the chorizo.
Nice and easy, great flavour, the family loved it, thanks!! I did reduce the oil a bit as I figured the chorizo was quite fatty.

Oh this looks great! I was thinking of having the night off cooking but now I feel inspired!
