Awesome salad! Made a few times now and always a hit. Only change I make is using herb infused olive oil instead of the coconut oil.
Really yummy. I have this often as its so healthy.
Amazing flavour! I added baby spinach leaves at the final step. Will make again!
this was lovely, easy to make, great flavour combination. next time i might try less quinoa and add some salad greens to lighten it up.
was amazing the next day too (and i hate eating next day salad).
Loved this salad - I didn't have pecans so swapped with walnuts (careful not to mix as long as they mush easier than pecans!!!) and didn't have basil so left it out. I wanted to bulk this up as I had quite a few people to cater for so added in another apple and 2 sticks of celery as well as a handful of feta. Yummy thank you for a delicious different salad.
Hi. Is it true that you are suppose to soak Quinoa overnight or at least a few hours before cooking. Thanks
I made this as a meal. Should have made it as a side! Nice, and good for something different!
Absolutely delicious
