Delicious! I love pecans so this was a winner for me. I didn't have any individual cupcake moulds and the ramekins I had were too big for the veroma dish/tray, so I cooked the puddings in the oven. I divided the mixture amongst six ramekins and cooked them in a water bath for 30 minutes at 160 degrees celcius, fan-forced. They were a good size, however, you could easily use 8 ramekins to make the puddings a little smaller.
OMG sooo easy and sooooooooooooo yummy.
thank you for the recipe
So easy and so delicious, family favourite
Absolutely amazing, replaced pecans with macadamias and served with custard, to die for!! You have to try this one
Forgot to add the five well desserved stars !
I didn't have any pecan so used walnuts, I used slightly bigger moulds (150ml foil containers) so I also put a dessert spoon of golden syrup in each. They were gorgeous, I made five on bottom layer and three on top layer. They steamed well, but a few over overflowed ! maybe i will have to use 9 moulds next time.
These were very easy to make and tasted lovely as well. The only thing I didn't like was it tasted a bit too eggy. I will try and make them next time with 2 eggs instead (which from the comment below should work out ok as well).
This recipe practically justifies the cost of my Thermie. Definitely will be my go to dinner party recipe. Thankyou
Delicious, not to sweet. Lovely with ice cream. Made with gluten free flour and didn't even notice. YUM
Fantastic! Easy and delicious.
The puddings turn out beautifully and look so impressive. An easy family dessert or an impressive end to a dinner party. Either way, they are a winner!
