Would this work with all just white sr flour or does it need to have wholemeal?
Turned out nicely for a last minute tuckshop bake. Omitted the nuts and added more chocolate. Did have to add another egg but it may be because I used spelt flour.
What size tin is best?
Quick to make. Omitted the nuts and added more choc chips. Enjoyed by all. Thanks
Great lunch box treat. Yummy. Thanks for sharing
Fantastic slice! Thanks for shareing!
My children absolutely love this slice. I omit the walnuts to make a nut free recess treat for school. Still tastes brilliant. Thanks
we absolutely love this! I make it at least a couple of times a week, not just for the kids but for everyone at work! Big hit!\
Its a bit tricky when you try to put it into the pan, but I use a hot metal spoon to smooth it.
thanks!!
