Recipe's preparation

  1. Base

    1/2 C Almonds
    1/2 C Cashews
    1 C Coconut chips
    2 TBSP Cacao
    2 1/2 TBSP Rice Malt Syrup
    1 1/2 TBSP Peanut Butter

    Filling

    5 TBSP peanut butter
    4 TBSP Rice Malt Syrup
    4 TBSP coconut oil
    1 TBSP coconut cream
    1 TSP vanilla extract (Optional)
    pinch of salt

    Icing

    100 g pure maple syrup
    125 g coconut oil
    2 TBSP Cacao

    1. Put all the base ingredients into bowl and mix 10seconds speed 7, transfer to dish, press evenly and put into fridge.

    2. No need to wash the bowl.

    3. Put all the filling ingredients into bowl speed 6 10 seconds mix and pour over base and spread evenly. Transfer to freezer.

    4. Put all icing ingredients into bowl mix speed 5, 7 seconds ppour over filling and leave in freezer until firm.

    5. Slice and eat.

    If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
    For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl.
    Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!
