Recipe's preparation

    Method:
  1. Place all ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix 20 seconds, Speed 9.

Roll into little balls (about 1 tablespoon size).

    Flatten with your palm.

Bake in a moderate oven (175 degrees) for 10-12 minutes - watch carefully as they will burn quickly if left unattended!

Tip

You may wish to make a double batch as they won't last long!  Also good with pecans and cashews.  If you want nut free you may wish to try with Tahini.

Loved this recipe, will definitely be making it again tmrc_emoticons.)  It made about 20 bite sized cookies for me which was perfect.  The only thing I changed was to take on board previous comments and halve the salt.

Personally I wasn't a big fan of the taste, neither was my husband.

For general information, I made a double batch and blended for 40 seconds and made 29 cookies.

It works out to be 85 calories per cookie.

By the way.. tastes delish raw too!!

Easy to make and very tasty although when doubling the recipe will only put 1 teaspoon of salt as the salt was a little over powering.

We were surprsed that they really did have a salted caramel taste.  They were easy to make although my batch only made 7 cookies and were a bit soft so perhaps I didn't cook them long enough although I did cook them for 16 minutes.  I will definitely try these again.  Thank you
