Ingredients

  • 220 grams sugar
  • 95 grams cornflour
  • 70 grams custard powder
  • 990 grams Milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla
  • 30 grams Butter
  • 2 sheets puff pastry, ready-made, thawed

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven 200o

    Bake each sheet of Puff Pastry between 2 trays lined with baking paper, for approx. 10 minutes, until golden brown.

    Press sheets down to flatten while still warm.

    Add sugar, cornflour and custard powder to TM bowl and mix Speed 9 for 20 seconds.

    Add rest of ingredients except butter and mix Speed 9 for 5 seconds.

    Cook for 10 minutes, 90o, Speed 4.

    Add butter and mix for 30 seconds on Speed 4.

    Place 1 cool pastry sheet on bottom of square container ( trim ends with knife if required) and pour custard over the top. Place second sheet on top and press down gently. Refridgerate.

    Ice with passionfruit icing. Refridgerate. ENJOY.
