Recipe's preparation

  1. Place all ingredients into TM bowl and mix for 20 secs / speed 9.

  2. Grease pan and cook over low to medium heat until golden

  3. Serve with berry sauce, pure maple syrup, berries or sliced banana

  4. Enjoy Smile

Tip

This is a healthy recipe that I've found works every time. Can easily be halved, doubled, etc. And the winner - my kids love it! (My husband and I do too!). Healthy and nutritious with no wheat, sugar, and can easily be made nut free, dairy free and gluten free. Perfect start to the day!

Can also add spinach to the mix to add even more nutritional benefits and sneaky green pancakes! I have added chia seeds before but because they soak up liquid, it makes the batter a bit gluggier. I want to try serving with chia jam!

I want to make these but have no linseeds, can I leave it out or substitute?

I'm going to make tomorrow but don't have linseed, can I leave out or replace with something?

Thanks MandaF87. My little bloke left nothing on his plate. I had no linseeds so he used oat bran instead. Quiet a runny mixture but cooked quickly. It made 3 dinner plate sized pancakes, so I helped a bit with the eating. We'll be making these again! Cooking 10

Mine were also flat and only had 6 pancakes out the mixture. Little disappointing as they didn't turn out fluffy like the picture. I used coconut milk not sure if that made any difference? I found the longer you left the mixture the better the batter became so next time wil let it sit for 10min or so and then cook.
