Or just eat it straight out of the oven!
Makes a big cereal container full.
My children love Carmen's fruit free toasted muesli so I decided to give it a go myself and they don't know the difference!

Has anyone tried making this with maple syrup instead? (Fructose sensitive).
YUM! I make this weekly for my family. Much better than Carmans. I also add pepitas and linseeds. Doesn’t last long in our house!
Such a great recipe! I love Carmans Fruit Free Muesli, but this is amazing and so simple to make! I will definitely continue to make this, and maybe change it up each time with different nuts! Thanks!
I absolutely LOVE ❤️ this!! I used to buy the Carmens Fruit Free Muesli. NOT ANY MORE!! I have made this well over a dozen times now and have not bought muesli from a store since! I like to add extras to mine-pepitas, linseeds and black chia seeds. Soooo yummy!!
