i love this recipe!! i have made it multiple times. i use rolled oats instead of museli and use a combination of whatever nuts and dried fruit i have in the cupboard. i also use Ricemalt syrup instead of honey. They freeze well also - just take out in the morning and they are perfect by morning team time. YUMMY!!!!!

Yummy! I used a combination of oats and puffed rice instead of museli, Homemade peanut butter and vanilla bean paste with the honey then pepitas, sunflower seeds and shredded coconut in place of sultanas, then I used a combo of macadamias and almonds oh and a sprinkling of cacao bits for the nut component. Sensational!!! They are lovely and crunchy and hold together well. I did bake it for another 15 mins to brown all over not just the edges but that could just be my oven. Thanks for a great recipe that's really versatile and still works out perfectly

Love these! So versatile & great for my toddler (I just cook them for a shorter time to make them softer).  Have made multiple batches  Cooking 7

I agree! I don't usually keep peanut butter in the house and made these using homemade cashew butter. Delicious!

I will never be buying processed museli bars again! There were terrific and so versatile! I made them with Cranberries, Sultanas, Pistachios and Almonds as that is what I had in the pantry. Like some of the other comments, I also used rolled oats instead of museli. These will be a regular in our house! Thank you!

These are very good! About to make another batch. Definitely worth going to the trouble of making your own nut butter.
