Such a great recipe to come across, perfect for quick meat and 3 veg dinners. Thanks for sharing!

    Fantastic!

I didn't do pumpkin but added broccoli instead. Mashed potato was perfect.. much better than the other thermo recipe which always ends up like glue.
This will now be my standard way of doing the vegies for our meat & veg meals. Smile

So I even added boiling water to my bowl to speed things up.. after 20 mins the pumpkin was still hard.. i did it for another 10 or so.. still hard so moved the pumpkin to the varoma with the carrots for another 8 or so.. still lots of spots where the pumpkin is hard.. and it’s not cut up in too big a pieces either.. think I’ll just stick to stovetop steaming 🙄🙄
i was so excited to try this after reading all the comments too..
peas are a shrivelled mess too 😫😫

This is my go-to recipe with most veggies. My kids don't like mash potato so I leave the potato with the skin on, and dont mash it. Smile
