- 100 g oil, (rice bran, canola, coconut)
- 160 g Pure Maple Syrup
- 240 g rolled oats
- 80 g buckwheat
- 80 g rice bubbles
- 100 g quinoa flake
- 80 g dessicated coconut
- 50 g Peanuts, Unsalted
- 50 g sunflower seeds
- 50 g pumpkin seed
- 30 g Flaxseed
- 60 g Cranberries

Preheat oven to 150°C.
Line a large oven tray with baking paper or a thermomat (if using a rose gold oven tray from TheMix Shop there is no need to line it).
Place a small bowl on top of the mixing bowl lid and weigh cranberries into it. Set aside.
Add oil and maple syrup to the mixing bowl. Heat 90 seconds / 60°C / speed 1.
Add oats, buckwheat, rice bubbles and quinoa flakes to the mixing bowl. With the aid of the spatula mix 20 seconds / reverse blade / speed 3.
Add coconut, peanuts, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and flaxseeds to the mixing bowl. Pour onto oven tray and spread into an even layer with the spatula.

Bake for 20 minutes, stirring well halfway through the cook time.
Once the mixture has cooled, add the cranberries and store in an airtight container..
