Ingredients

Banoffee Porridge

  • 3 dates
  • 1 banana
  • 35 g rolled oats
  • 10 g caramel protein powder
  • 80 g Milk, (of your choice - I used coconut)
  • 40 g water
  • 1 tsp cacao nibs, raw
  • 1 tbsp Caramel Syrup, (I used sugar free brand)
  • 1 tbsp yoghurt, (of your choice - I used coconut)

Recipe's preparation

  1. Add dates to the mixing bowl.
    Insert measuring cup into mixing bowl lid.
    Chop 10 seconds / speed 7.
    Scrape down the sides of the bowl with spatula.

  2. Add 1/2 banana to the mixing bowl.
    Insert measuring cup into mixing bowl lid.
    Chop 5 seconds / speed 5.
    Scrape down the sides of the bowl with spatula.

  3. Add milk, water, oats and protein powder to the mixing bowl (try to get the oats and protein powder beside the blades not on).
    Insert measuring cup into mixing bowl lid.

  4. Cook 4 minutes / 90°C / reverse blades / speed 2.

  5. Pour into bowl. Top with remaining 1/2 banana sliced, cacoa nibs, yoghurt & syrup.
