Turmeric Latte Porridge

  • 280 g Almond milk
  • 100 g coconut milk
  • 1/2 tsp ground turmeric
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 10 g honey, or to taste
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 85 g rolled oats
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 2 tsp Hemp Seeds
  • blueberries, to garnish

Recipe's preparation

  1. Place almond milk, coconut milk, turmeric, cinnamon, ginger, honey and salt into mixing bowl and heat 5 minutes/100degrees/speed 1.
    Add oats, chia seeds and hemp seeds and cook 5 minutes/90degrees/Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" /speed 1. Garnish with berries and serve immediately with a little extra almond milk if desired.

Tip

You can use your preferred milk in this recipe, and also vary the seeds. LSA would be a good alternative.
Toppings can also be varied. I added a few Goji berries to the photographed dish.
Use rolled oats, not the quick cook variety.
