If using butter I suggest to melt so spreads evenly through recipe, I did as instructed and the 'soft' butter didn't mix through, stayed in chunks.

    Great healthy snack.

As I haven't cooked this before not really sure how to know its ready, is it meant to be chewy or crunchy?

My oven is so hot, it's a pain really as does things far too quickly. Glad you got a great result turning yours up!

Good but it needs to be cooked at 180. I tried at 120 for more than 30 mins then turned up the heat - that worked

Delicious with Greek yogurt and fruit and so quick in thermie, I added dried goji berries and just 50 g coconut oil
