I’ve been trying for 15mins now. Still really gritty on speed 8. Any suggestions what I’ve done wrong?
Easy & quick recipe. A bit oilier than commercially bought coconut butter.
Is it just my thermo that won't set temp for speeds over 6?
Did you use raw coconut? From a fresh coconut. This didn't work at all for me. I tried it and another similiar recipe and all I have are mushy tiny shredded cocunut bits.
Hi, if I do a double batch would it be the same speed and time
Easy recipe Thanks
Just made this for my Keto diet. Will be a staple in my diet now that's for sure
Worked like a charm. Whipped coconut butter so easily...but I did need to stick to speed 6 for the heat.
As coconut absorbs a lot of water (i.e coconut flour) this is why you would have that result - all normal
Just coconut - and not spreadable really unless slightly heated
