  • 160 g Millk, (2/3 cup)
  • 170 g Tapioca Flour (arrowroot)
  • 120 g grated cheese

Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat Oven to 200 degrees celsius. Grease muffin tin.

  2. Insert Butterfly. Add all ingredients and mix 15 seconds/Speed 2.

  3. Fill a muffin tray with mixutre (3/4 full). Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden in colour.

Tip

Pre-mill tapioca/sago pearls to make tapioca flour.

Pre-grate the cheese if required.

    Amazing! Added a few shakes of Parmesan and Seasoned Salt for flavour. Best morning tea treat ever! Didn't have an egg, so used chia seeds and water. Still came out perfect. Will try with rice flour for a tapioca intolerant friend.
