Recipe's preparation

  1. Grease a 20cm square pan. 

    Beat eggs and blend in buttermilk, oil and corn. 

    Mix cornmeal, salt and baking powder.  Add to liquid ingredients.

    Pour into prepared pan.

    Bake at 190 degrees C for 30 to 45minutes, or until done.  

    Good with soup.
