Made this tonight and mine sunk in the middle... Still tastes great though. When the dough is finished should it be sticky or should it be like a non gluten free dough?

    Will definitely make again.

I needed to cook slightly longer was still a bit moist in the middle.

was very crispy on top (I didn't oil it)

great flavour, great with soup. Kids enjoyed it too.

Thank you, this has turned out really well

I read the tips & I milled 100g brown rice & raw sugar then added 400g plain GF flour. It was thicker than a other recipes I've tried before.

I sprayed with cooking spray a couple of times while baking as suggested. I will definitely make again.

    Hi,

Is there any particular GF flour you use? Can it be standard GF flour or does it perhaps have to be a breadmaking GF flour. This is my first attempt so unsure of particular flour. I know before I went gluten-free I used to use a 'bakers' bread flour which worked very well for normal bread. Just unsure whether the GF flour needs to be specifically for bread making or not...

Hi, I am new to thermo only got it yesterday so decided to make my daughter your GF bread. Is the dough meant to be sticky I followed recipe maybe should have kneaded it a bit longer??

Hi there, in the process of making this now and the dough is verrrrry runny.  Looks more like a cake batter than a dough...

First time making gluten free bread, and wondering if this is normal?  Thanks tmrc_emoticons.)  Cooking 7

My bread didn't rise very much and had a very gluey texture. Any idea what I could of done wrong?

This was my first time ever making bread, let alone gluten free bread. It turned out wonderfully. I used almond milk instead of milk. Thank you for sharing.
