    Hi,

1 sachet of dried instant yeast is 7g.

I use 2 teaspoons of dried yeast to 500g flour. Because I make bread all the time I buy my yeast in a tin and keep it in the fridge. If the sachet is 11g I would try one but I would empty sachet into a teaspoon just to check first. It may tell you on the box how to use the yeast, ie. how much flour one sachet will do. I would rather have a little too much yeast than not enough! Regards Anne tmrc_emoticons.)

Do you need to let the dough rise before you bake them? They sound delicious.
