Great recipe! So quick! I thought I had completely ruined the dough; I overworked it in the Thermi trying to get it to come together and had to add extra water. When I transferred it to the bench it was firm and very tough to roll out, but because I hate wasting good ingredients I persevered. So glad I did! I rolled them out very thin (our preference is thin and crispy) and added simple toppings of pasta sauce, leg ham, cheese and fresh herbs - cooked them for 10 minutes at 250C - delicious! Will definitely use this recipe over and over again.

Delicious! The easiest and yummiest base ive made. I gave up for a while on pizza dough but I am back in action! I used self raising flour and natural yoghurt. So good!
