  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch Cream of Tarta
  • 8 gram Bakeing Powder
  • cheese, grated (optional)

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1) Pre Heat oven at 150'C

    Mill linseeds in a clean\dry bowl 10 sec/sp 9 or untill desired texture. (other seeds can be used). Remove and place aside.

     

  2. 2) Clean and dry bowl, insert butterfly.

     

  3. 3) Add egg whites and cream of tarta. Wisk on sp 3.5 for around 1 min untill stiff. Remove and place aside in seperate bowl. leave butterfly in bowl. (no need to clean)

     

  4. 4) Add cream cheese, salt, bakeing powder, and milled seeds.

    Whip on sp3.5 1min. untill well mixed.

     

  5. 5) Add 1/2 of egg whites and mix sp2 10 sec.

    Add 2nd 1/2 egg whites, mix sp2 5sec. 

    You may need to finish foldeing with the spatular.

     

  6. 6) line a tray with paper and grease with a little oil or butter

  7. 7) spread the mixture out on the tray.

    Sprinkle top with cheese (optional)

    bake for 30min untill golden.

Tip

Other herbs and spices can be added to the cream cheese mixture.

 

I used Lactose free cream cheese
