- 85 g almond meal
- 50 g cream cheese
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt

scrape down sides
MC on, heat 80deg/3 mins/speed 2
mix 10 secs/speed4
scrape down sides
add egg and almond meal
MC on, mix 20secs/speed 3
Remove dough and roll out between 2 Sheets of baking paper to desired size
Tip
This dough can be used for pizza bases, scrolls, crackers, rolls, pull aparts, pockets, calzones, waffles, burger buns....

I suggest mixing the cheeses for 30 sec., as I think the recipe has a typo .
This is a marvellous recipe.
I had great success making mini vegemite scrolls for the grandchildren. Prebake for 7 min @ 180 in lamington pan.
Roll up Vegemite scrolls from short side until halfway.
Cut into 2 finger thickness.
Bake with cut side to the top for another 15 min or until golden.

How does the machine heat up to 80 deg in 3 secs? Is there a way to preheat?
