Ingredients

Pesto

  • 3 garlic cloves, whole, peeled
  • 80 g pine nuts
  • 1 tablespoon rock salt
  • 3 bunches fresh basil
  • 300 grams parmesan
  • EVOO (olive oil), Amount varies depending on consistency

Dough

  • 1 EDC basic bread mix

Prosciutto

Grated cheese

Sesame seeds.

Recipe's preparation

  1. 1. Place basil, Parmesan cheese and garlic cloves in TM bowl. Blend for 15 seconds speed 8.

    2. Add 150mls olive oil blend again, speed 4 until combined.

    3. Add pine nuts and rock salt . Mix for 15-20 seconds speed 8.

    scrape into glass jars for storage.

     

    Take proven dough and divide into 18 portions. Roll into sausage shape.

     With 2 dough strips and a slice of prosciutto that has been spread w pesto make a plait. Sprinkle with grated cheese and sesame seeds.

    Cook in pre heated oven 200 degs. 15mins. 

    You can do a second prove in the cold oven as it heats up.
