Ingredients
Dough
- 20 grams loose leaf green tea, good quality
- 210 grams Milk
- 30 grams Butter
- 5 grams yeast (dry)
- 10 grams sugar
- 350 grams bakers flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
Spicy Adzuki Bean Filling
- 200 grams adzuki beans, soaked over night
- 1-2 fresh chilli's with out seeds if you don't like it to hot, or to taste
- 1-2 tablespoons Red miso paste, or to taste
- 1 clove garlic
- salt & peper, to taste

Place green tea into the TM bowl & mill for 2 mins/speed 10.Add milk, butter, yeast & sugar, cook for 2mins/37degrees/speed1.Add bakers flour,salt, egg & mix 5 secs/speed 5.Then knead 5 mins/"Closed lid" "Dough mode" .
Rest for 2-3 hours
Divide dough into 12 pieces & make a hole in the centre of each & spoon in the Adzuki bean filling.
place rolls onto baking paper on both levels of the varoma & place 500g water into the TM bowl. Steam for 20 mins Varoma temperature speed 2 or until cooked. option to steam for less time & place them onto a baking tray to brown them off in the oven (180 -200 degrees) for the last 10 mins.
Serve with red miso butter.
Place the soaked beans into the rice basket with water to cover them & cook for 45 mins varoma temperature speed 2. Or until fully cooked. Drain & rinse beans. into a dry thermomix bowl add chilli & garlic & chop for 5 secs speed 7, add the miso paste, beans chop. Press the tubo a couple of times to keep some texture in the mixture, add salt & pepper to taste.
