Recipe is created for
TM 5
If you are using a Thermomix® TM6 measuring cup with your Thermomix® TM5:
For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. Please note that the TM5 mixing bowl has a larger capacity than the TM31 (capacity of 2.2 liters instead of 2.0 liters for TM 31). Recipes for the Thermomix TM5 may not be cooked with a Thermomix TM31 for safety reasons without adjusting the quantities. Risk of scalding by spraying of hot liquids: Do not exceed the maximum filling quantity and observe the filling level markings of the mixing bowl!

100% my go to! but I did make it differently; see below
I substituted Almond milk with full cream milk, Onion powder with grated fresh onion, garlic powder with grounded garlic flakes.
I also used Butter as I was out of oil. (Melted before using it).
Thank you so much for your amazing recipe!!
I was looking for a recipe without yoghurt and this was perfect. Incredibly easy and went well with my curry.
Amazing recipe, quick easy and delicious!
So yummy, delicious and easy. Enjoyed it to scoop up my lentil Dahl. Thanks
My mixture was a little wet, as i put in real garlic and onion in lieu of the powders (which i dont have). The flavours were really nice but i think my batch was a little denser than it should have been.

Yum! Thank you!
Omg!!! These are super delicious and my favorite naan recipe. Better then the naan bread you get in a restaurant. I put a teaspoon of garlic and onion powder as I love the extra garlic taste. So quick and easy to make and an absolute hit in our house. Will definitely be making it again.
Brilliant. I used double the yeast and they turned out just great. Added chopped garlic as well.
Great recipe! I make it with spelt flour to lower the gluten content. Delicious!!
