I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Preheat oven to 200'C.
Place psyllium husks into TM bowl and grind 1 min, speed 10.
Add dry ingredients: coconut flour, chia seeds, linseeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, coconut sugar, baking powder and salt, into TM bowl and mix 10 secs, speed 6.
Working quickly add wet ingredients: flaxseed mixture, coconut oil and weigh in water; mix 15 secs, speed 7.
Knead dough 2 mins, "Dough mode"
Turn out dough onto Thermomat and carefully roll into a log. Sprinkle Thermomat with sesame seeds and roll log onto seeds. Using your Spatula, cut as many pieces as you like (I usually do 10-12 rolls).
Shape into balls or rolls and place onto a baking paper lined tray and bake 20-30 minutes (depends on size of roll - 20 mins for small; 25 minutes for 10 rolls etc).
Allow to cool completely on a wire rack before cutting. They are super soft. Enjoy.

Tip
You can easily adjust what seeds you prefer in this recipe. Sometimes I don't have sunflower seeds so I increase linseeds to 50g (as an example).

This is great, thank you! I made 8 rolls, cooked for 30 mins and turned out perfectly. Didn't add the 25g of whole linseeds because I didn't have any, recipe still worked fine. So excited to have found a really good vegan, paleo bread roll!!
This recipe looks like an adaptation of the Super Soft Paleo Grain-free Seed Bread, yes. It's without eggs because vegans don't eat them. Linseeds can be substituted for eggs in some recipes. Obviously not souffles or pavlova
Also not in custard or sponge cake. Just google flaxseed egg substitute.
Yes, flaxseed is the same thing as linseeds. If you can, get the golden variety and blend only when needed. The seeds keep well but once milled, they become rancid after a while.

Does this recipe work exactly the same as Thermomix SUPER SOFT PALEO GRAIN-FREE SEED BREAD ROLLS but without the eggs you've put 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed? or did you forget the eggs? This recipe doesn't include any additional water/liquid even though the eggs are omitted. Does it need extra liquid added without eggs?
Isn't flaxseed the same as linseeds?
