Ingredients

Filling

  • 200 g Calfornian walnuts
  • 3 sprigs rosemary
  • 1 sprig thyme
  • 4 sprigs parsley

Dough

  • 750 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 1 level teaspoon salt
  • 500 g warm water
  • 60 g vegetable oil
  • 10 g Yeast
  • 60 g raw sugar

Recipe's preparation

    Dough
  1. 1. Add walnuts, rosemary, thyme and parsley to the TM bowl on speed 5 chop for 7 seconds, remove mix from bowl and set aside.

    2. Add flour, salt, sugar, water, oil, yeast,blend on speed 5 for 10 seconds.

    2. Dough mode"Dough mode" for 2 minutes.

    3. Rest dough in bowl for 1 hour

  3. 1. Fold reserved mix into the dough until just mixed through.

    2. Divide dough into 8 portions and form rolls.

    3. Bake at 200oC for 12-15 minutes or until hollow to tap

    My husband loved this! I used white bakers flour instead of wholemeal spelt and it still turned out beautifully
