This sorbet is super delicious, super easy to make, super healthy and super everything.

The variation I did was to substitute the brown sugar with stevia. Still tastes nice.

Follow the tip of using the spatula while blending.

I have had this a couple of times and I love it. Last night when I made it though, I peeled 1 of the limes to reduce the grittiness as I find that unpeeled is just a bit too much for me. It's such an interesting combination, yet somehow works. Thanks for sharing.

tmrc_emoticons.)Really enjoyed this recipe. so healthy and tasty. made it for freinds and they didn't believe it had avocado in it. Its now our favorite sorbet. like the idea of making a strawberry sorbet to go with it for a christmas dessert. Thank you so much.

Good recipe, the healthiest sorbet recipe Ive found. I found the sorbet too tart, so I will try again without the lime rind. 2 Weight Watcher ProPoints per serving.
