Ingredients

BANANA CHIA PUDDING

  • 100 grams raw cashews, soaked for 6hrs & rinsed
  • 100 grams water
  • 100 grams banana (large)
  • 30 grams Raw Honey
  • 1 level tbsp cinnamon ground
  • 1/4 level tsp nutmeg ground
  • 1/2 level tsp ginger ground
  • 2 level teaspoons vanilla extract + 2 vanilla beans,scraped
  • 1/4 level tsp Himalayan/Celtic Sea Salt
  • 50 grams chia seeds
  • 2 level tbsp Shredded coconut

Recipe's preparation

    BANANA CHIA PUDDING
  1. Blend all ingredients, except chia seeds, for 15-20 sec until smooth.  Add chia seeds to TM bowl and blend on Reverse + speed 4.   Pour into 4 small bowls or 2 large bowls.  Allow 30-60 min to set in fridge.  Garnish with shredded coconut.  Keep in fridge until ready to eat.
