Recipe's preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180C.Wash and pat dry peaches, cut peaches in half and remove stones.  Place in a baking dish lined with gladbake so they sit closely together.Place remaining ingredients in TM bowl and turbo for 1-2 seconds.

    Top each peach half generously with crumble topping. 

    Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the crumble is brown and looks crunchy and the peaches cooked through.

    Serve warm with whipped cream, ice cream or natural yoghurt.

Tip

You can easily double this recipe.

Nectarines are delicious as well.

    Delicious and easy. I didn't have coconut sugar so used raw sugar and it was lovely tmrc_emoticons.).
