Banana & Blueberry Pancakes - Gluten Free & Sugar Free
- 100 g white rice
- 100 g raw buckwheat kernels and dried chickpeas
- 50 g Gluten free plain flour
- 2 Super Ripe Bananas
- 2 eggs
- 450 g Milk (Full Cream / Almond / Rice etc)
- 1 package blueberries
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- Butter, For Frying

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Place Rice & Buckwheat into TM Bowl and mill for 1 minute on speed 8
Add Bananas, eggs & flour and mix for 15 Seconds on Speed 4
Add Milk and baking powder and mix for 30 seconds on Speed 4
Add half of the blueberries and mix "Counter-clockwise operation" for 10 Seconds on Speed 3
Heat Pan and add fresh teaspoon of butter after each frying each pancake

Tip
Great served with Maple Syrup, remainder of blueberries and Double Cream
