- 1-2 bananas
- 120 gram condensed milk
- 60 grams evaporated milk
- 150 grams cream
- 1 level tsp Vanilla Paste/Extract

- Place bananas, condensed milk and evaporated milk into bowl, mash for 20 seconds on SPEED 6
Add cream and vanilla, whip for 20 seconds on SPEED 4.
Insert wooden sticks into 6 silicone ice cream moulds and divide the mixture evenly or can be poured straight into 1 container to serve as ice cream scoops.
Freeze for a minimum of 8-10 hours
remove from moulds to serve or scoop into cones or a bowl. Yum !

For cooking (simmering) at temperatures of 95°C or above (200°F), the simmering basket should always be used instead of the TM6 measuring cup, as the TM6 measuring cup fits tightly in the lid. The simmering basket rests loosely on top, is steam-permeable, and also prevents food spatter from the mixing bowl. -
