I loved this recipe. I used it for Easter dinner dessert, so instead of bread I used hot cross buns - THERMOMIX CUSTARD CROSS BUNS. And it was really delicious!!! Thank you Cooking 7

    Awesome!

I used failed GF muffins cut in 3 plus 4 GF bread crusts chopped up, choc chips, blueberries and strawberries. Didn't put much sugar on the bottom and was generous with the cinammon because we love it. It was amazing! We had 2 massive serves! Definitely adding this to my favourites.

Awesome and so easy - this was a hit at my recent dinner party - simple, no fuss, and guaranteed success. I served it with vanilla custard - yum.

So yummy! I used brioche bread and doubled the amount of the bread and water so It wasn't too sweet.

Great recipe. I added chocolate bits to my pudding instead of sultana's. It was divine!

Made this several times in our road trip journey through Oz for friends. I usually use dates because they are multi purpose. Awesome for using up old bread too.
