- 400 grams coconut milk
- 150 grams coconut water or filtered tap water
- 3-4 dates
- 90 grams chia seeds, any colour is fine
- 40 grams Maple syrup, optional

Tip cashews into TM bowl and grind

Add coconut milk, coconut water (or filtered water) and dates, blend

Add chia seeds and maple syrup if using and gently heat

Pour into 6 individual bowls and serve with yoghurt, fruit and extra crushed nuts of your choice. Can be stored in a covered container in the fridge for up to 3 days for a ready made breakfast.
