  • 15 grams cocoa
  • 400 grams condensed milk
  • 200 grams dairy milk chocolate

Recipe's preparation

  1. Line the base and sides of a slice tray with baking paper.

  2. Chop the biscuits 5 seconds/speed 8.

  3. Add the cherry ripes and cocoa, mix 5 seconds/speed 8.

  4. Add the condensed milk and mix 20 seconds/speed 6. The mixture becomes quite thick so mix the rest in by hand with spatula.

  5. Pour mixture into slice tin and refrigerate for about 10 minutes.

  6. Break chocolate into pieces, place into TM bowl. Grate 10 seconds/speed 9. Scrape down the sides. Melt 2 minutes/50°C/speed 3. Pour chocolate over slice. Place in the fridge until set.

    One word: YUM!!!! This is a delicious recipe and extremely simple to make. My whole family loved it.

     

    My only feedback with the thermie is that when I added the sweetened condensed milk this made the mixture extremely thick and difficult to get out of the blades so next time I think I'd transfer the crumb mixture and mix it through by hand maybe adding a smidge more so it's easier to get into the tin.
