  • 180 g almonds
  • 40 g cocoa powder
  • 80 g xylitol
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 120 g unsalted butter
  • 3 eggs

Recipe's preparation

  1. Pre heat oven 160 deg fan forced or 170 conventional

  2. Place almonds, cocoa, xylitol and baking powder, mill 20 sec/ speed 10/ mc on

  3. Weigh in butter and eggs, mkix 15 sec / speed 4 / mc on

  4. Scrape down and blend 30 sec / speed 4 /mc on

  5. Divide mixture into 12 cupcake moulds in a muffin pan

  6. Bake 25 mins

Tip

Can be baked as a cake 20x20, add 5 mins cooking time

Can be topped with nuts or berries
