Ingredients
Base
- 250 g 1x packet Scotch Finger Biscuits
- 70 g hazelnuts
- 100 g sultanas
- 50 g dessicated coconut
- 70 g Butter
- 200 g sweetened condensed milk
Topping
- 200 g dark chocolate bits
- 20 g coconut oil

Line slice tin with baking paper
Put biscuits in TM bowl 5 sec/speed 9. Put into a big mixing bowl.
Place hazelnuts in TM bowl 4 sec/speed 8 then add to biscuits, along with sultanas and coconut. Mix with spatula.
Melt butter and sweetended condensed milk in TM bowl 2mins/50/speed 1. Stir mixture into mixing bowl with dry ingredients using your spatula until combined.
Firmly press mixture into slice tin.
Chop chocolate in TM bowl 10 sec/speed 9. Scrape down and add coconut oil, melt 5mins/50/speed 1.
Pour over top of slice and refrigerate until firm.
Cut into pieces and store remaining in the frige in an air tight container.
