Ingredients

Soup

  • 200 g celeriac, peeled, chopped
  • 300 g potato, Peeled and roughly chopped
  • 400 g carrots, Peeled and roughly chopped
  • 2 cm fresh ginger
  • 2 tablespoons fructose friendly vegetable stock
  • 500 g water
  • 100 g full cream milk
  • salt/pepper, to taste
  • 100 g cream

Recipe's preparation

    Soup
  1. Place celeriac, potato, carrot and ginger into mixing bowl and chop 3 sec/speed 7. Scrap down sides of bowl and repeat if necessary

  2. Add stock, water, milk and salt and pepper to taste and cook 15min/100C/speed 1. 

  3. Add cream and blend for 1 min/speed 9, gradually increasing from speed 1 to speed 9. Garnish with extra pepper to serve

Tip

To make this lactose free, substitute milk and cream for lactose cream and milk.

    I'm not sure what you mean sibernana. I call it foods that can be tolerated by fructose malabsorption sufferers like myself "fructose friendly" as that's the term my dietician uses.

    Fructose Friendly just seems as if it would be high in fructose. Maybe low fructose or fructose free
