Ingredients
- 320 grams Almonds raw
- 60 grams chocolate protein powder
- 16 pieces Fresh dates - pits removed
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 level tbsp chia seeds
- 3 level tablespoons Desiccated Coconut
- 20 grams water

Put almonds into mixing bowl and mix for 6 seconds at speed 8
Add Cinnamon, protein powder and Chia Seeds and mix 5 seconds at speed 4.
Add dates and vanilla extract and mix for 10 seconds at speed 7 or until it comes together.
Add a little water until mixture is able to be rolled into a ball.
Roll mixture into balls and roll in coconut.
Refrigerate.

Can these be frozen at all?
Very tasty. My 2 1/2 yo son thoroughly enjoyed these "power" balls
I made this the first day I got my thermomix. So easy to make. A family favourite!
