Ingredients

Pudding

  • 85 g Self Raising Flour
  • 40 g cocoa
  • 1 1/2 tsp instant coffee
  • 110 g Butter
  • 110 g castor sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
  • 40 g Milk
  • 30 g walnuts, Chopped
  • 2 eggs

Sauce

  • 110 g brown sugar
  • 20 g cocoa
  • 250 g hot water

Recipe's preparation

    Walnuts
  1. If using whole walnuts, chop 2xClosed lid"Closed lid" Turbo 1 sec. Clean and dry bowl.

  2. Pudding
  3. 1. Soften butter 1min/37deg/speed 1.

    2. Add sugar and insert butterfly, cream butter and sugar together

     30sec/sp4. Remove butterfly.

    3. Add remaining ingredients (except walnuts) and mix 20sec/sp 4 Scrape down sides and repeat.

    4. Pour into rectangular glass dish (see tips) and sprinkle with walnuts.

     

  4. Sauce
  5. With bowl still dirty from pudding.

    1. Add water, sugar and cocoa and blend 20sec/sp2

    2. Pour over pudding mixture and bake in a moderate oven for 30-40 minutes.

     

Tip

This works the best with a dish that has a lid. It prevents it from drying out and makes it extra awesome!

 

Serve warm with extra walnuts sprinkled on top with freshly whipped cream! Yummo!
