- 500 g zucchini, roughly chopped
- 150 g Mozzarella Cheese, roughly chopped
- 5 eggs
- 60 g olive oil
- 6 rashers rindless bacon, quartered
- 150 g Self Raising Flour

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1. Add onion, parsley, zucchini and cheese. Chop 15 sec/sp 5.
2. Add eggs, bacon and olive oil. Mix 5 sec/ sp 3
3. Add flour, combine 20sec/Sp 2.
Pour into rectangular tray and bake until golden on top.
Tip
Can be frozen, served hot or cold. Great with sweet chili sauce!
