Mixture
- 400 g dark chocolate
- g cream
- 125 g Butter
- 180 g brown sugar
- 2 level tablespoons coffee, instant
- 5 portions Eggs.
- 2 tablespoons Plain Flour.

I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
Preheat the Oven to 150C.
- Add eggs & flour into TM Bowl & combine 20 sec/speed4.
Set aside, clean & dry TM Bowl.- Place the chocolate into TM Bowl & Grate 10 sec/Speed 9
Scrape down sides of bowl- Add butter, sugar, cream & coffee & melt 5 min/50C/speed 2.
- While operating on speed 2 gradually add the egg & flour mixture through the hole in the lid. - This should take about 10-15 seconds.
- Pour mixture into a greased & lined rectangular tin or loaf pan.
- Then put the tin into a larger/deep baking tray & add boiling water to the larger tray, so it's about half full.- Bake for 2.5 hours or until fully cooked - test with a skewer.
- Put in the fridge until it's fully cooled. Enjoy by itself or with a serve of cream! Enjoy

How much cream?
This was very yummy, only when i attempt to make it I'm going to leave out the Coffee, as I'm not a coffee fan.
