I'm cooking this todayRecipe's preparation
1) Add 250g water to your bowl and boil 3min/100oC/Sp2.
2) Add the jelly to the boiling water and dissolve crystals 2min/Sp3.
3) Put the jelly in the fridge until nearly set and put the evaporated milk in the freezer while you wait. (This ensures its very cold.
4) Clean and dry your bowl (I do a vinegar wash).
5) Add the evaporated milk (if its frozen just mix it for 30sec/sp5).
6) Insert the butterfly and whip for 3min/Sp3.
7) Turn to Sp3 and add the jelly through the lid. Whip for 2 min.
Spoon the fluffy mixture into the mold of your choice. and put in the fridge until firm.
Tip
Serve in a creative manner e.g. Orange flavour in orange skins etc. (See picture)

Quick easy dessert and yummy.
If you swap out some or all of the water for orange juice it has a more tangy flavour!
Great to do as a passionfruit variation too, using passionfruit jelly, orange & passio juice and fold in some pulp before chilling.
This has been a favourite dessert in my family for years.
So glad to have found a thermomix recipe for it. Such a quick, easy, cheap and delicious dish
