Recipe's preparation

  1. Put packet of biscuits in thermomix and grind using Counter-clockwise operation"Counter-clockwise operation" sp 4 for 20 seconds then No counter-clockwise operation"No counter-clockwise operation" 5 seconds speed 6.

  2. Add all other ingridients and mix speed 5 for 5 seconds

  3. Scrape down sides of bowl and mix together speed 5 a further 5 seconds.

  4. Line a slice tray with baking paper and put all mixture into the slice tray. It is quite sticky and can be tricky to work with so a silicon spatula can be used to push the mixture down into the tray firmly.

  5. Sprinkle with a little extra shredded coconut.

  6. Put in fridge to set. Overnight is good but it can be eaten within a couple of hours

Tip

These can also be rolled into balls and coated with coconut as a Tia Maria ball (similar to rum ball but with Tia instead).
